I am an entrepreneur for the last 20 years. Onto my 4th start-up, 2x exits and lots of life lessons. Now building Ayam – taking Ayurveda to the global stage. My last venture was Agilyst Inc., a KPO in the services industry. We scaled to 1600 FTE in under 4 years and the company was acquired by eClerx Ltd (the largest KPO in India). Agilyst was into operational audits for large telecom companies such as Comcast, Time Warner, Talk Talk etc. Prior to Agilyst, was another start up – RedHorns Software, a KPO working in the product design space for the automobile industry in the US. Earlier, I had set up the content distribution network in North India for Sony Pictures, UTV and a few smaller production houses.
