Surya is a client-centric, goal-oriented senior executive and is EVP and President of Cognizant Americas. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction and performance of Cognizant’s business in the United States, Latin America, and Canada, helping clients modernize, reimagine, and transform their business. Surya served as Interim Americas Lead before being named to his current role. Previously, he was SVP of Cognizant’s Global Health Sciences organization, where he led the approximately $5 billion Health Services business unit and spearheaded go-to-market strategy, product road maps, and the digitization agenda.
