She is a strategic finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience at global firms such as Goldman Sachs and Korn Ferry. Her expertise spans technical accounting, change management, M and A transactions, and large scale ERP implementations, with a strong focus on end to end problem solving and continuous improvement strategies.

She also serves as an Adjunct Professor at UCLA and Wayne State University, where she bridges corporate strategy with mentorship. Her commitment to paying it forward is centered on fostering a growth mindset and equipping emerging leaders with the agility and financial acumen needed to succeed.

Currently, she leads a Los Angeles based consulting firm focused on helping small and mid size companies improve processes and drive operational efficiency.

In addition, she serves as Vice Chairperson of the ICAI Los Angeles Chapter, where she works to empower professionals and promote ethical leadership within the global accounting community.
