Hari Seedhar is a Co-Founder and CEO at Soen Audio, a California company bringing next generation audio technology and best-in-class products to modern lifestyles. As an entrepreneur, Hari has helped many inventors and startup companies develop new products, ranging from Consumer Audio to Smart Energy devices. He has been at the forefront of supporting innovation by helping small companies transform their product ideas/designs from napkin sketches to finished (ready for retail) products. From 1999 to 2008, Hari worked with Harman Consumer Group as their Tooling Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Hari developed and managed all tooling for their flagship aftermarket products sold at Apple Stores worldwide since 1999. Prior to that (1997 to 1999) Hari was involved in product development and manufacturing of Power Tools and Home Appliances, while he worked for one of the largest ODMs in Hong Kong. (Tech-Tronic Industries) Hari started his career in 1995 as Mold Design Engineer for a US based company in Hong Kong. (Kras Asia Limited) Having lived in multiple countries, Hari has a global outlook and experience in business. Originally from India, Hari has also lived in China for 8 years before moving to the US in 2003. Building teams and solving complex problems with simplicity are the most exciting aspects of business for him.
